The Spring Valley Lake Association (SVLA) is a homeowner's association consisting of over 4,200 individually owned lots. SVLA includes a 200 surface acre fresh water lake, an equestrian area, three parks and many more wonderful amenities. There is a private golf course that meanders through the community. SVLA is located in the High Desert region of Southern California between the borders of Victorville and Apple Valley.
