To reserve any of the SVL Facilities, one must be an SVL resident (or tenant with membership privileges). The property owner must be in good standing with his or her account and sign a rental agreement, which is kept at the Association office. If one is not a property owner, he or she can always have an SVL property owner sponsor the event.

Reservations can be made through the Association office up to one year in advance prior to the actual event, depending on availability. SVLA rents out all rooms within 6 hour blocks which include your setup and cleanup. (See the above General Rental Information link.)

For facility rentals (Community Building and Equestrian Clubhouse), applicants must pay a non-refundable booking fee, as well as have a rental agreement signed by an SVL Property owner to reserve a date. All required documents/payments must be received thirty (30) days prior to the actual event.
