The Communications Survey, conducted February 20-27, 2015 through online survey software Survey Monkey, was part of a
comprehensive effort that also included an inventory, assessment and evaluation of existing and proposed public outreach services, and the development of a Communications Plan that serves to guide SVLA in its future public relations, public information and public outreach services and activities.
