Full-Time Maintenance & Code Enforcement/Architecture Assistant - $19/per hour
- Must have excellent computer knowledge
- Must be skilled in oral communication, writing, and customer service
- Must be 21 years or older
- Clean DMV record
- Will be expected to work part-time in both the Maintenance department and Code Enforcement department as an administrative assistant
Public Safety Officer (Part-time & Seasonal) - $18/per hour
- Must be able to work all shifts
- Must possess current Guard Card, CPR & First Aid
- Must have the ability to swim and pass a basic swim test
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a clean driving record
- Background and drug test
- Baton & OC Spray Cert a plus

- CPR, First Aid & A.E.D Certified
- Lifeguard Certified
- Have familiarity with basic duties and responsibilities as a lifeguard
