All Homeowner's are required to obtain a photo ID Membership Card to have access to all of the Association Facilities and Common Areas.
Photo ID's are issued through the Association Office during normal business hours.
If cards have previously been issued and have been lost or stolen there are fees involved.
To obtain your Membership Cards you must fill out the Membership Card request form.
Photo membership cards need to be present anytime a member is going to visit a beach, park, fishing area or attend an Association event. ID checks will be conducted by Public Safety at all common areas. Photo ID cards are required for all individuals of the age of 12 and older. For all guests of the age of 12 and older must have a guest card in their possession when at any common area and/or Association event.
