Project Application
Prior to making any exterior modifications to a home in Spring Valley Lake the homeowner is required to submit an Architecture Project Application and obtain approval from the Architectural Committee.
The Architectural committee meetings take place the 2nd & 4th Thursday of every month. In order to allow adequate time for the committee to review projects, applications and additional materials must be submitted 9 days prior to the meeting.
