No, the club may sit in the heart of the Community, but it is not part of the Community. The Bear Valley Country Club is a separate business from Spring Valley Lake Association. Monday through Thursday, anyone with a current guest pass is free to move about the community on their own. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Holidays, and during events, a resident with a current photo membership ID must accompany their guest.

Boats may be operated on the lake from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm; operating hours may be extended to midnight from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
Per SVLA Rules and Regulations 5.8.2: Spring Valley Lake is a special use area. Personal watercraft (PWC) are prohibited from operating on the main lake body between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 am on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays between and including Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. On all other days, between the hours of 7:00 am and 8:00 am. During these hours PWC’s are permitted in the 5-mph operating area (“No-Wake” Zone).

Marina & Launch Ramp: Operating hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm the Tuesday after Labor Day through the Friday before Memorial Day, and from 6:00 am to 12:00 am Memorial Day through Labor Day.

There is a branch of the Post Office located on Spring Valley Pkwy, next to the Dog Groomers.

They are open Monday through Friday from 9AM-4PM with a lunch break from 10:45AM-11:45AM. On Saturdays, they are open from 10AM-Noon for package pickup only.

When ordering ground delivery (UPS, Fedex, Amazon, etc.) ALWAYS put the physical address and the mailing address on the order. This ensures that no matter how it is delivered, it should go to the correct location.
