Playfair Park Restrooms
EQ Bathroom Conceptual & elevations comparison quotes have been completed and submitted for review.
1/27/2026- The BOD Approved PA Design Associates to provide architectural design services for the Playfair Park restroom facility, including connection to the sewer main, in the amount of $12,850.00, charged to account #5699.
3/5/2026 – Site walk completed. Legal review completed, and initial payment has been submitted. Design plans are being prepared and are expected to take approximately six weeks to complete.
5/15/2026 – PA Design is scheduled to complete the restroom drawings by May 18. Pending Grant Deed information and legal description.
EQ Bridges
3/5/2026 – Two bids have been received. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be re-released to additional vendors to ensure competitive pricing. Proposals are due by March 13, 2026.
5/15/2026 – The Board Action Item (BAI) has been submitted.
EQ Roof
This project is currently in process. The Association is waiting for additional information from the roofing company before moving forward with the next steps.
5/15/2026 – Work is scheduled to begin on May 18, starting with the main barn.
Dog Waste Stations
Dog waste stations have been ordered and received. Installation is in progress.
3/13/2026 – Project Completed
Arena Footing
An inspection of the arena footing is pending. Updates will be provided once the inspection results are received.

EQ Parks: Irrigation & Re-Seeding
3/13/2026 – Quotes are being gathered to inspect the park areas and provide a cost comparison for ongoing upkeep and maintenance.
3/27/2026 – Irrigation Repairs Complete
4/10/2026 – Relocated I-25 at Playfair Park and repaired damaged vinyl fencing. Replaced irrigation timer and repaired low voltage electrical wire for valves that was damaged from gophers.
5/15/2026 – Irrigation repairs and re-seeding are in progress. Additional watering time will be needed to support turf recovery. A leveling estimate is still pending.
