Facilities Maintenance Manager (Temporary)
Location: On-site, 13325 Spring Valley Pkwy, Victorville
Department: Maintenance | Reports To: Director of Operations
Pay: $25-28/Hour | Job Type: Full-Time
Position Summary:
The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all Association buildings and common areas. Establish preventative maintenance plans and procedures, develop routine maintenance schedules for all facilities and organize repair work. The Maintenance Department shall perform all support and services in a manner consistent with standards, goals, objectives of the Spring Valley Lake Association. The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all events are setup as described on the event sheet layout and maintenance coverage is staffed sufficiently during events.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of relevant OSHA Standards
- Strong organizational and leadership skills preferred
Public Safety Officers

Position Summary:
We are seeking vigilant and dedicated Lifeguards to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests at our beach area. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a safe environment, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in promoting water safety and providing excellent guest services.
Requirements:
- Current Lifeguard certification is required.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
- Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if necessary.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Kids Club

Position Summary:
Responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while parents or guardians are occupied. This role includes supervising activities, leading games and crafts, assisting with events, and ensuring the well-being of all participants. Workers help maintain a positive atmosphere, follow safety guidelines, and provide excellent customer service to families. Strong communication, patience, creativity, and the ability to manage groups of children are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
- CPR, AED, and First Aid Certified
- Mandated Reporter certification preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience or training preferred
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 9AM-3PM
Janitorial Services (Temporary)
