Membership Services

Location: On-site, 13325 Spring Valley Pkwy., Victorville
Department: Administration | Reports To: Director of Community Services
Pay: $20.00/hour | Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: Tuesday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm & Occasional Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm

Position Summary:
The Member Services Representative serves as the primary point of contact for members, guests, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position is responsible for assisting with member inquiries, processing payments, maintaining accurate records for vessel slips, vessel registration, equestrian stalls, and weed abatement, issuing membership credentials and guest passes, and ensuring a welcoming, professional experience for all individuals interacting with the Association.

The Member Services Representative also supports daily office operations and performs a variety of administrative duties to ensure efficient and accurate member services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting members, residents, and guests in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding memberships, accounts, amenities, programs, events, and Association policies.
  • Issue membership identification cards, guest passes, and other membership credentials.
  • Maintain and update member records, vessel registrations, marina slip files, equestrian boarding files, and weed abatement files.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and document management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve member concerns and provide timely service.
  • Ensure the front office and reception area remain organized, welcoming, and professional.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer services skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Public Safety Officers

Location: On-site, 12975 Rolling Ridge Dr., Victorville
Department: Public Safety | Reports To: Director of Public Safety
Pay: $19.80/Hour | Job Type: Seasonal (up to 29 hours per week)
Hours: The Public Safety Department is open 24/7, with rotating shifts between 8-10hours.

  • Must be able to work all shifts
  • Must possess current Guard Card, CPR & First Aid
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a clean driving record
  • Background and drug test
  • Baton & OC Spray Cert a plus
