The Welcoming Committee helps create a friendly and inclusive community by greeting new residents, providing helpful neighborhood information, and fostering positive connections among neighbors. The committee works to ensure new homeowners feel welcomed, informed, and engaged within the community from the moment they arrive.

Do you own a local business or have an interest in sponsoring an upcoming Welcome Wednesday event? The Welcome Committee is always looking for community partners to help make new residents feel welcomed and connected.
Sponsors can contribute items for new resident welcome baskets, provide raffle prizes, or support Welcome Wednesday events through food sponsorships. Your support is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your business while helping strengthen connections within the SVLA community.
