Playfair Park Restrooms
EQ Bathroom Conceptual & elevations comparison quotes have been completed and submitted for review.
1/27/2026- The BOD Approved PA Design Associates to provide architectural design services for the Playfair Park restroom facility, including connection to the sewer main, in the amount of $12,850.00, charged to account #5699.
3/5/2026 – Site walk completed. Legal review completed, and initial payment has been submitted. Design plans are being prepared and are expected to take approximately six weeks to complete.
EQ Bridges
3/5/2026 – Two bids have been received. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be re-released to additional vendors to ensure competitive pricing. Proposals are due by March 13, 2026.
EQ Roof
This project is currently in process. The Association is waiting for additional information from the roofing company before moving forward with the next steps.
Dog Waste Stations
Dog waste stations have been ordered and received. Installation is in progress.
Arena Footing
An inspection of the arena footing is pending. Updates will be provided once the inspection results are received.
