Take Note of this Important Information
The Beach Area will open at 6AM.
Residents cannot save a spot at the beach or leave items unattended. Any unattended items will be removed by Public Safety and will result in a fine.
The SVLA Living App can only be used for Membership ID’s. A physical Guest Card will be required for ALL guests aged 9 and older, and they may be hole punched once your guest receives a wristband at the gate. For Property Owners – only the BROWN guest passes will be accepted!
Public Safety will not be conducting vessel inspections and Admin staff will not be conducting vessel registrations or issuing replacement guest passes on this day – make sure you plan ahead!
The parking lot at the Bear Valley Country Club is for Country Club members ONLY! SVLA Residents and Guests should refrain from parking there.
