The Citation Review Committee meets once a month to review any Code Enforcement citations received by homeowners. Each homeowner that receives a citation concerning their property has the opportunity to present their circumstances to the committee, of fellow homeowners, before the issue goes to the Board of Directors for a final decision. The committee makes a recommendation to the board which determines the fine and outcome of citations.
This is a closed meeting; residents are not allowed.
