Each homeowner that receives a citation concerning their property has the opportunity to present their circumstances to the committee, of fellow homeowners, before the issue goes to the Board of Directors for a final decision. The Communication Committee assists with providing content for the communities’ communication outlets (The Breeze publication, Social Media posts, E-Breeze, etc.). The committee also makes suggestions for newer and more resourceful ways the Association can communicate with residents.
