The monthly executive session for the Board of Directors typically takes place on the Monday prior to the Open Session Meeting. This is a closed session; homeowners are not allowed.
The Equestrian Estates Committee’s function is to discuss ways to beautify, maintain and safeguard the Equestrian Estates side of Spring Valley Lake. Volunteers on the committee also make recommendations on improving the EQ Clubhouse, stalls, arenas and horse trails.
